Marshal would be extremely rude; We called for information and hung up the phone several times in our faces. Poor service of this employee

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima imobiliária. Alugo um imóvel pelo qual eles são responsáveis e quando temos problema eles não respondem e o Sr. Wellington que trabalha lá já foi grosso conosco em pelo menos duas ocasiões. Não estão preparados para lidar com o público. Péssimo serviço! Não recomendo!!!
Terrible real estate. I rent a property for which they are responsible and when we have a problem they do not respond and Mr. Wellington who works there has been rude to us on at least two occasions. They are not prepared to deal with the public. Poor service! I do not recommend!!!

PÉSSIMA IMOBILIÁRIA. TOMEM CUIDADO PARA NÃO TER DOR DE CABEÇA. SÃO COMPLETAMENTE IRRESPONSÁVEIS, NÃO SABEM LIDAR DE FORMA ALGUMA COM O PUBLICO, ATÉ ACHEI QUE FOSSE FRAUDE. NÃO RECOMENDO A NINGUÉM.

BAD REAL ESTATE. BE CAREFUL NOT TO HAVE A HEADACHE. THEY ARE COMPLETELY IRRESPONSIBLE, DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH THE PUBLIC IN ANY WAY, I EVEN THOUGHT IT WAS FRAUD. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É a pior imobiliária com que tive que lidar. Estou no mesmo imóvel há mais de 15 anos e nunca atrasei o aluguel (mesmo na pandemia). Tive problemas no telhado (responsabilidade do proprietário) em 2020 e até agora estou aguardando resposta e solução. Alugaram o imóvel embaixo do nosso pra uma gráfica que produz um cheiro muito forte de queimado em uma zona mista (residencial/comercial). Uma situação surreal. Temos que ficar trancados em casa. NÃO faça negócios com essa imobiliária. Eles não nos respondem há um ano, mas cobram o aluguel todo mês. PÉSSIMOS!
It's the worst real estate I've ever had to deal with. I've been in the same property for over 15 years and I've never been late on rent (even in the pandemic). I had roof issues (owner responsibility) in 2020 and so far I am waiting for response and solution. They rented the property below ours to a print shop that produces a very strong smell of burning in a mixed zone (residential/commercial). A surreal situation. We have to stay locked up at home. DO NOT do business with this realtor. They haven't responded to us in a year, but they charge the rent every month. TERRIBLE!
