Embora os preços sejam um pouco melhores que a concorrencia, não vale a economia pelo desgaste, pela péssima comunicação, pela falta de pós venda e pela falta de respeito para com o cliente.
Comprei uma fritadeira que logo no primeiro uso deu choque nas pessoas.
Instalaram uma coifa que vaza água por dentro toda vez que chove, tentei contato diversas vezes com o Sr. Henrique, mas não responde minhas mensagens. Isso, fora a canseira que eu tive para entregarem e instalarem o produto.
Resumindo, tive que contratar outra empresa para arrumar, não tinha cola nas emendas da coifa, serviço muito mal feito e ainda gastei 2x.

They installed a hood that leaks water inside every time it rains, I tried to contact Mr. Henrique several times, but he does not answer my messages. That, apart from the fatigue I had to deliver and install the product.
In short, I had to hire another company to fix it, there was no glue in the hood amendments, very poor service and I still spent 2x.
