★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendamos a consulta via whatsapp, com confirmação de data e horário, porém ao chegar aguardamos por mais de meia hora até a recepção perceber que nos agendaram no dia errado. Nos reposicionaram, fomos atendidos no mesmo dia, mas saímos bem mais tarde devido ao atraso. Atenção a esses detalhes é primordial.
 We scheduled the appointment via whatsapp, with confirmation of date and time, but when we arrived we waited for more than half an hour until reception realized that we were booked on the wrong day. They repositioned us, we were attended to on the same day, but we left much later due to the delay. Attention to these details is paramount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estacionei minha moto, fui até a recepção e descobri que tinha errado o endereço, fui até a clínica ao lado para confirmar o endereço e quando voltei o Sr. Do estacionamento disse que eu teria que pagar, questionei sobre a tolerância (que geralmente é 15 minutos) e ele disse que eu teria que pagar porque a tolerância de lá é de 4 minutos. Não tinha nenhuma placa de informação e eu achei um absurdo pagar estacionamento da moto que estava num canto qualquer.
I parked my motorcycle, went to reception and found I had the wrong address, went to the clinic next door to confirm the address and when I came back Mr. From the parking lot he said that I would have to pay, I asked about the tolerance (which is usually 15 minutes) and he said that I would have to pay because the tolerance there is 4 minutes. There was no information board and I found it absurd to pay for parking the motorcycle that was in any corner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre passei nessa clínica, sempre foi bem atendida ,mas o espaço muito pequeno fica todo mundo tumultuado...
Dou nota 10 para Dr Mario,mas para Dr Alemxadre deixa muito a desejar com os pacientes sempre passei com ele aí nessa clínica, depois passei com ele particular na clínica Dr atende e ele disse que não iria me passar o mesmo medicamento que tinha passado um tempo atrás que funcionou muito bem pra mim...porque na clínica ergo a consulta dele custava 350 e na clínica Dr atende era 70 .
Achei isso um absurdo e falta de respeito com os clientes.

I give Dr Mario a 10, but for Dr Alemxadre it leaves a lot to be desired with the patients I always went with him there in that clinic, then I went with him privately at the Dr Attend clinic and he said he would not give me the same medication that he had given me a some time ago it worked very well for me...because at the clinic ergo his consultation cost 350 and at the Dr clinic it was 70 .
I found this absurd and disrespectful to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Dr. Paulo Calichman me atendeu muito mal. Não acessou o sistema pra olhar meu histórico e cobrou que eu soubesse o nome dos remédios que tomei. Nem olhou os exames e receitou um remédio qualquer. A consulta não durou 3 min. Se ele está cansado de ser médico que se aposente pois os pacientes acabam sofrendo as terríveis consequências de um péssimo atendimento como esse, desumano e irresponsável.
Dr. Paulo Calichman treated me very badly. He didn't access the system to look at my history and demanded that I know the name of the medicines I took. He didn't even look at the exams and prescribed any medicine. The consultation did not last 3 min. If he's tired of being a doctor, let him retire because patients end up suffering the terrible consequences of poor care like this, inhumane and irresponsible.

Meninas da recepção precisam ser mais simpaticas. Mas vale a pena. Adoro essa clinica.

Reception girls need to be nicer. But it's worth. I love this clinic.

Porém a médica que atendeu minha mãe missericordia Maria Antonieta , acho incrível uma consulta paga ou por convênio , ser em um nível de atendimento simples.
Mal olha pra tua cara , examina rápido a pressa é tanta que não dava nem 5 minutos o atendimento.
O que demora mais é preencher o cadastro ( estou chutando 5 min pra não falar 2min)
É inadmissível tem um atendimento assim , os profissionais deviam de ter mais carinho mais empenho na profissão e não comodismo.
Afinal a consulta é paga ...
Sinceramente deveria ter uma aula de relacionamento pra poder atender com excelência na consulta ,gostar do que faz é primordial ...

However, the doctor who attended my mother Mercy Maria Antonieta, I think it's amazing that a paid consultation or by agreement, be at a simple level of care.
As soon as he looks at your face, he examines quickly, the rush is so great that the service didn't even take 5 minutes.
What takes longer is filling out the registration (I'm guessing 5 min not to mention 2 min)
It is unacceptable to have a service like this, professionals should have more affection, more commitment to the profession and not complacency.
After all, the consultation is paid...
Honestly, you should have a relationship class to be able to serve with excellence in the consultation, enjoying what you do is paramount...
I'm sorry but if a doctor doesn't like people he shouldn't be a doctor ?
