Interessei-me por um apartamento na rua irmã Bazet. Entrei em contato no início da semana passada (1a semana de setembro de 2020) e um corretor chamado Marcelo me atendeu. Fiquei de ver o apartamento no sábado, mas ele não me retornou. Entrei em contato novamente no dia marcado e ele disse q não conseguiu as chaves do AP. Fiquei esperando no decorrer dessa semana (2a semana de setembro de 2020) e ele nada de me retornar. Hoje, 11 de setembro de 2020, depois de uma semana e meia uma tal de Adriana me retorna, via whatsApp, e diz que Marcelo me passou para ela. Que ela cuidaria do meu AP. Achei de uma deselegância enorme. O corretor não me deu satisfação alguma e simplesmente me passou p/ outro corretor, como se eu fosse objeto. Talvez, por eu aparentar ser pobre. Destaco apenas que sou Funcionária Pública Federal. Apesar de não ganhar mal, não ando esbanjando riquezas em roupas, joias, fotos etc. Pontuo ainda que "O tratamento igualitário é um direito fundamental previsto no art. 5º da nossa Constituição Federal". Caso eu me interesse por outro imóvel da imobiliária de vocês, peço que o tratamento seja igual para todos, assim como educação. Obrigada. Atenciosamente, Paula Patrícia Barbosa Ventura.

I was interested in an apartment on Sister Bazet Street. I got in touch at the beginning of last week (1st week of September 2020) and a broker called Marcelo attended me. I stayed to see the apartment on Saturday, but he didn't return. I contacted him again on the appointed day and he said he did not get the keys to the AP. I was waiting during that week (2nd week of September 2020) and he doesn't return. Today, September 11, 2020, after a week and a half, one such Adriana returns to me, via whatsApp, and says that Marcelo passed me on to her. That she would take care of my AP. I thought it was huge inelegance. The broker gave me no satisfaction and simply passed me over to another broker, as if I were an object. Maybe because I look poor. I highlight only that I am a Federal Public Employee. Despite not winning badly, I am not wasting wealth on clothes, jewelry, photos, etc. I also point out that "Equal treatment is a fundamental right provided for in Article 5 of our Federal Constitution". Pessoas de má fé, imóveis ruins. sem manutenção.
e quando você devolve o imóvel eles cobram todos os defeitos do imóvel ao inquilino...e ainda mentem dizendo que foi feito correções na casa durante o contrato.
não indico nem ao meu pior inimigo.
Sem falar na atendente que é totalmente debochada, não respondem e-mail...enfim uma imobiliária de fundo de quintal

and when you return the property they charge the tenant for all defects in the property...and they still lie saying that corrections were made to the house during the contract.
I don't even point to my worst enemy.
Not to mention the attendant who is totally debauched, they do not respond to e-mails... in short, a backyard real estate

*OBS* Gostaria de me retratar perante a Ergue imóveis e principalmente pela pessoa que me atendeu super bem a *Adriane*. Mesmo não tendo o imóvel no momento que estava procurando, ela foi buscar com uma amiga de outra imobiliária que me trouxe aquilo que eu pedi a ela. Os fatos acontecidos não teve nada haver com a imobiliária Ergue , e muito menos com atendimento da Adriane. Peço desculpas a todos! Bom dia.

*OBS* I would like to retract myself before Ergue real estate and especially for the person who served me very well to *Adriane*. Even though she didn't have the property at the moment she was looking for, she went to get it with a friend from another real estate company who brought me what I asked for. The facts that happened had nothing to do with the real estate company Ergue, and even less with Adriane's service. I apologize to everyone! Good Morning.
