★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma película lá de celular, com defeito, ou seja não era compatível com o meu celular. Liguei pra d. Érica pedindo pra resolver o meu problema e simplesmente a mesma me atendeu muito mal, perguntei pra devolver o dinheiro ou trocar por outro acessório.... Não me deu nenhuma solução. Com menos de 24 horas, fui lá presencialmente, foi logo levantando a voz pra mim, perguntei se ela sabia da lei do consumidor? Me respondeu gritando, com muita indelicadeza, fiquei logo passando mal, com vergonha, pois nunca tinha me acontecido algo parecido, depois disso resolveu me devolver o dinheiro, jogando-o em cima de mim, me colocando pra fora da loja. Meu Deus!
Nunca vi uma pessoa tão descontrolada, tão nervosa. Poderia ter resolvido de uma outra forma, mais agradável pra ambas as partes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NUNCA LEVEM SEU CELULAR PRA ESSE LUGAR, serviço ruim, celular chega com um problema e sai com outro, precisa orientar como o serviço deve ser feito e ainda assim não é feito direito, ainda perdem a capinha do celular.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, não aconselho comprar nem consertar nada aí por que eles demoram a entregar e nas idas que fui para cobrar, observei que tinha clientes reclamando de capinhas que não estavam semelhante ao modelo de celular, entre outros problemas. Não vale a pena.
