★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA. No dia 05/10/2021 às 13:00h levei meu carro, um Nissan Tiida 2012 (muito bem conservado) na loja para fazer uma instalação de equipamento de som. O Erik, proprietário da loja, solicitou que deixasse o carro para fazer o serviço e que me avisaria via whatsapp assim que estivesse pronto. Por volta das 14:00h Erik me enviou uma mensagem de voz pelo whatsapp dizendo que o painel do carro estava ressecado, que ele tentou remover a tampa do painel para fazer o serviço e a mesma começou a trincar e portando ele não faria o serviço. Fui até a loja e verifiquei que a tampa superior do painel estava quebrada. Levei o carro até outra loja (Machines Som) o técnico removeu a tampa sem dificuldade e disse que foi quebrada porque foi forçada de forma errada para remoção, também constatei que os botões de saída do ar estavam afundados, o mesmo técnico me mostrou que o difusor de saída do ar também havia sido quebrado pelo mesmo motivo. Voltei a falar com o Erik e ele negou ter quebrado as peças. As peças não estavam ressecadas e nem quebradas, insisti para que ele assumisse o prejuízo causado, o mesmo disse que iria ver o que podia fazer. No dia seguinte enviei mensagens pelo whatsapp sugerindo locais onde encontraria as peças usadas com preço menor. O infeliz me bloqueou no whatsapp. Ou seja, além de incompetente é desonesto.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. On 10/05/2021 at 1:00 pm I took my car, a 2012 Nissan Tiida (very well maintained) to the store to install sound equipment. Erik, the store owner, asked me to leave the car to do the service and that he would let me know via whatsapp as soon as it was ready. Around 2:00 pm Erik sent me a voice message via whatsapp saying that the car's dashboard was dry, that he tried to remove the dashboard cover to do the service and it started to crack and therefore he would not do the service. I went to the store and found that the top panel cover was broken. I took the car to another store (Machines Som) the technician removed the cover without difficulty and said that it was broken because it was wrongly forced to remove, I also found that the air outlet buttons were sunken, the same technician showed me that the air outlet diffuser had also been broken for the same reason. I spoke to Erik again and he denied having broken the pieces. The pieces were not dry or broken, I insisted that he assume the damage caused, he said he would see what he could do. The next day I sent messages on whatsapp suggesting places where I would find used parts at a lower price. The unfortunate blocked me on whatsapp. In other words, in addition to being incompetent, he is dishonest.
