★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixamos os cachorrinhos na sexta-feira e desde o início queríamos buscá-los no domingo, mas foi me dito que não seria possível retirá-los no domingo , pois não teria ninguém para fazer a entrega dos cães. Logo questionei , pois um dos meus cães tem um problema de saúde e não pode ficar sozinho. No sábado recebi uma ligação da Érika que dizia que podia buscá-los no domingo. Assim fizemos. Só que o pagamento foi feito na sexta, das três diárias . Questionei a respeito do estorno de uma diária , ela disse que não faria e ficou com nossos R$200,00 ! Além disso os cães vieram cheirando xixi e as mantinhas que mandamos vieram molhadas de xixi também. Enfim, não gostei do serviço e achei a atitude desonesta! Para nunca mais !!
We left the puppies on Friday and from the beginning we wanted to pick them up on Sunday, but I was told that it would not be possible to pick them up on Sunday as there would be no one to deliver the dogs. Soon I questioned, because one of my dogs has a health problem and cannot be alone. On Saturday I received a call from Erika saying she could pick them up on Sunday. So we did. But the payment was made on Friday, of the three nights. I asked about the reversal of a daily rate, she said she wouldn't do it and kept our R$200.00! Also the dogs came smelling pee and the blankets we sent came wet with pee too. Anyway, I didn't like the service and found the attitude dishonest! Never again!!
