Conheci a loja em 2016 quando minha Bomba Dancor deu defeito, voltei agora no dia 08/12/2020 com novo defeito. Conserto feito rápido, mesmo no período da COVID, e eficaz. Indico a ES ELÉTRICA, pelo profissionalismo e comprometimento. Pr Nilson
The location is excellent. All wearing a mask against COVID 19. The service provided by Bia is excellent. I visited the store in 2016 when my Dancor Pump was defective, I came back now on December 8, 2020 with a new defect. Repair done quickly, even in the period of COVID, and effective. I recommend ES ELÉTRICA for its professionalism and commitment. Pr Nilson

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência,pois minha esposa levou uma motobomba para reparo pois a mesma desligava e ligava sozinha.entao ela solicitou um orçamento ia se soares responsável do estabelecimento e o valor foi de 750,00 para reparo da motobomba auto aspirante de 1cv no qual achei um absurdo pois sempre foi serviço em uma filial no Magarça com a Sr Cláudia que prestava um bom atendimento e cobrava o valor correto pois uma motobomba de 890 nova custar esse absurdo para conserto,quando minha esposa me ligou para informar o valor liguei para loja e falei com o Sr soares que alegou ter que trocar a cabeça da bomba,rotor,selo mecânico difusor, rolamento e por fim o enromento do motor,daí eu questionei o motivo da troca e ele disse que não fazia só o enrolamento do motor e que eu teria que trocar tudo, então perguntei a ele se eu fosse trocar a vela do meu carro se era obrigado a trocar os pneus e o motor do carro,passado os 5 meses com a bomba parada como já havia comprado uma nova que foi mais viável eu descobri o motivo do valor.eles danificaram a cabeça da bomba e retiraram algumas peças.
Bad experience, because my wife took a motor pump for repair because it turned off and turned on by herself. Then she asked for a quote to be responsible for the establishment and the value was 750.00 for the repair of the 1hp self-priming motor pump in which I found a absurd because it was always service at a branch in Magarça with Mr Cláudia who provided a good service and charged the correct amount because a new 890 motor pump costs this absurd for repair, when my wife called me to inform the value I called the store and spoke with Mr soares, who claimed to have to change the pump head, rotor, diffuser mechanical seal, bearing and finally the motor housing, then I questioned the reason for the change and he said he was not just winding the motor and that I I would have to change everything, so I asked him if I was going to change the spark plug in my car if I was obliged to change the tires and the car's engine, after 5 months with the pump stopped as I had already bought a new one that was more viable. l found out the reason for the value. they damaged the pump head and removed some parts.

O interessante é que procurei na Loja Fiel Elétrica, na Aurélio de Figueiredo e eles me indicaram a ES Elétrica, que tem produtos da Dancor, na Estrada do Monteiro. A pessoa que me atendeu conhece tudo de Bombas e me auxílio na compra das peças. Super recomendo!!!
Excellent experience... Excellent service, I found all the parts of the water pump I needed. The interesting thing is that I looked at Loja Fiel Elétrica, in Aurélio de Figueiredo, and they referred me to ES Elétrica, which has Dancor products, on Estrada do Monteiro. The person who attended me knows everything about Bombas and helps me buy the parts. I highly recommend!!!
