★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Produto com uma qualidade OK. Se precisar de algo para retirar com hora marcada vá com tempo de sobra pq tem chance de começarem a fazer seu pedido quando vc chegar na gráfica. Encomendei uma plaquinha de cachorro com 2 dias de antecedência fiz pagamento adiantado por PIX. Tive que ficar cobrando que o designer deles me enviasse a arte para aprovação afirmei que tinha compromisso e que só passaria para retirar. Resultado, cheguei tive que dispensar o Uber pois me fizeram esperar 30min para a uma plaquinha de 3cm ficar pronta.
Product with an OK quality. If you need something to pick up by appointment, go with plenty of time because you have a chance to start placing your order when you arrive at the printer. I ordered a dog tag 2 days in advance and paid in advance by PIX. I had to keep asking their designer to send me the art for approval, I said that I had a commitment and that I would only pass by to withdraw it. As a result, I had to dispense with Uber because they made me wait 30min for a 3cm plate to be ready.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bom atendimento via WhatsApp, bom preço, boa qualidade, mas infelizmente, o atendimento no balcão para poder retirar material encomendado é péssimo, falta de atenção, pessoal chegando e fingem que nem vêem o cliente. Graças ao bom trabalho se mantém ha anos no local.. se espera um bom serviço, recomendo, mas tente fazer tudo via WhatsApp, e-mail, etc.. e procurem nao ir pessoalmente, pois fica evidente que não gostam de atendimento ao público alvo.
Very good service via WhatsApp, good price, good quality, but unfortunately, the service at the counter to be able to pick up ordered material is terrible, lack of attention, people arriving and pretending they don't even see the customer. I have been using the print shop's service for almost 7 years and they have always been wonderfully attentive, professional and helpful.
The quality is excellent too, and on the rare occasions that there was any kind of failure (after all, we are human), they always promptly adjusted and corrected it, delivering everything perfect as I had requested.
