★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandei meus equipamentos pra fazer manutenção. Perguntei antes de enviar se eles poderiam colar a borracha do corpo da câmera e ninguém me respondeu. Após enviar, pedi duas vezes pra mesma borracha ser colada e quando chegou notei que o pedido não foi acatado nem me dado nenhuma explicação. Mandei foto e perguntei se a borracha não poderia ter sido colada e ninguém me respondeu! Dias depois a borracha soltou totalmente e após muitas mensagens e ligações eles disseram que teria que trocar a peça. Entre outras dor de cabeça e atendimento péssimo, não recomendo a empresa.
I sent my equipment for maintenance. I asked before sending if they could glue the camera body rubber and no one answered me. After sending it, I asked twice for the same rubber to be glued and when it arrived I noticed that the request was not accepted nor given any explanation. I sent a photo and asked if the rubber could not have been glued and no one answered me! Days later the rubber completely loosened and after many messages and calls they said they would have to change the part. Among other headaches and bad service, I don't recommend the company.
