★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Técnicos são bons mas o atendimento é ruim. Senti constrangimento ao relatar os defeitos e a pessoa fazendo cara feia, principalmente depois de pronto que pede pra fazer ajustes. As vezes que o carro ficou pronto não ligaram pra buscar e quando precisou de peças eu que tive que procurar pra comprar. Reclamei que o carro ficou com menos freio do que antes de trocar os discos e partilhas, o atendente, mesmo sabendo que não tinha feito a sangria no freio disse que o carro tava perfeito pq já andava de carro há muitos anos e sabia quando tava bom. Insisti pra corrigir e danificaram o cilindro mestre no processo. Pediu pra eu comprar peça que não foi trocada. Enfim, rejeição total ao cliente.
Technicians are good but service is poor. I felt embarrassment when reporting the defects and the person making a face, especially after being ready to ask for adjustments. The times the car was ready they didn't call to pick it up and when I needed parts I had to look for it to buy it. I complained that the car had less brake than before changing the discs and shares, the attendant, even knowing that he had not bleed the brake said that the car was perfect because he had been driving for many years and knew when it was good . I insisted on correcting and damaged the master cylinder in the process. He asked me to buy a piece that was not exchanged. Anyway, total rejection to the customer.
