★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo a partir da recepção. Não tive condições nem de efetuar a matrícula para ver o que vinha adiante. Achei que era ruim por ser por telefone, pessoalmente é bem pior. Fachada horrível, interessados não tem valor e alunos são jogados a fazer as coisas como bem entendem, ainda que sem saber sequer segurar uma tesoura. Não volto nunca mais.
Poor service from reception. I was not even able to register to see what was ahead. I thought it was bad to be on the phone, personally it's a lot worse. Horrible facade, interested have no value and students are thrown into doing things as they please, even without knowing how to hold scissors. I will never be back.

Excelente atendimento da Linda(professora) e da senhora que corta o cabelo(nao me lembro o nome) .Minha filha fez um corte com o aluno Alisson , corte ficou maravilhoso! Ele também foi muito atencioso, simpático . Todos muito preocupados com nosso bem estar.
First time I come (06/04/19). Excellent service from Linda (teacher) and the lady who cuts hair (I can not remember the name). My daughter made a cut with the student Alisson, cut was wonderful! He was also very attentive, friendly. Everyone is very concerned about our well-being.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento telefônico péssimo, má vontade pra falar, isso, quando atendem! Ao chegar lá, a recepção é "ótima", 3 pessoas desanimadas, olhando pra sua cara com nenhum ânimo, nenhuma vontade, ótimo pra quem quer estudar lá e começar algo.... Rs, quando você finalmente se matricula, aí a loucura começa, os professores têm rixas entre eles, não trabalham em equipe pelo bem do aluno e cliente, somente pelos seus egos, são ótimos profissionais, isso são, mas, são pessimamente aproveitados, tá na cara que têm dificuldades no trabalho, dificilmente um vai assumir com gosto o q o outro começou, mas que abandonou o aluno pq deu sua hora. Se eles ensinam q não podemos abandonar um cliente na cadeira, pq eles podem nos largar com o clinte passando pra outro professor que não vai ficar nada feliz e normalmente se vinga refazendo td? Aprendemos sempre o mesmo, visto que os clientes são os mesmos, então nao somos nada além de funcionários que pagam um curso pra trabalhar pra escola, que fatura 2 x em cima de cada aluno. A limpeza é péssima, o esgoto cheira mal, e sentimos isso no lavatório, que por sinal é ergonomicamente terrível, molha-se toda as costas dos clientes.
Aliás, qualquer pessoa de fora, entra pra usar o banheiro, absurdo. Ralo solto nos lavatórios, coisa que ainda vai render alguém machucado. Precisam melhorar, inovar, renovar, imediatamente! Eu vou terminar meu curso, mas, indicar, não mais... E olha que ia muito cortar cabelo quando era criança.

Rs, when you finally enroll, then the madness it starts, the teachers have feuds between them, they don't work as a team for the sake of the student and client, just for their egos, they are great professionals, that is, but they are very poorly used, it is obvious that they have difficulties at work, hardly one will I gladly assume that the other started, but that the student abandoned because he gave his time. If they teach that we can't abandon a client in the chair, why can they leave us with the client passing to another teacher who will not be happy and usually avenges by redoing all? We always learn the same, since the customers are the same, so we are nothing more than employees who pay a course to work for the school, which invoices 2x over each student. The cleaning is terrible, the sewer smells bad, and we feel it in the washbasin, which by the way is ergonomically terrible, gets wet all over the customers' backs.
In fact, anyone outside, comes in to use the bathroom, absurd. Loose drain in the washbasins, something that will still yield someone hurt. They need to improve, innovate, renew, immediately! I'm going to finish my course, but, indicate, no more ... And look, I was going to cut my hair when I was a child.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem fui cortar meu cabelo com alunos (as), paguei 2 reais, só que era uma professora para 10 alunos, então demorou, mas quando tem mais professor, fica uma beleza, lugar limpo, pessoas atenciosas, super recomendo, fica na NOSSA SENHORA DA LAPA, próximo à igreja da Lapa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As duas estrelas ficam por conta das professoras Sueli e a Linda, Sueli em especial é um anjo na terra, sempre muito disponível quando pode claro e a Linda faz o serviço dela meio tímida e introvertida mas gente boa, ambas seriam ótimas professoras se não ficassem sobrecarregaras de alunos. Na escola você aprende na prática com pessoas humildes e por grande parte das vezes cientes que estão ali para fazer o cabelo com alunos por isso vão pagar barato no mesmo. A dona da qual gosta de ser chamada de “Dona Sônia” parece estar sempre com mal humor então não adianta tentar ser simpática com a mesma, mal sabe ela que a culpa da falta de organização do lugar cabe a ela, espero que um dia ela descubra isso. Se você pretende fazer um dos cursos lá desejo paciência pois pela falta de organização as vezes acaba acontecendo de você chegar lá e não ter se quer espaço para você atender, ou não ter cliente mas a única certeza é que não vai ter ar fresco por lá, está sempre muito quente.
