NUNCA pague nada adiantado nem caia no golpe dos pacotes pq terá problemas para o cumprimento do acordo e não terá seus direitos de consumidor respeitados. Depois que vc paga, ninguém mais te atende. Se quiser insistir, antes, peça contrato, seus comprovantes com CNPJ inclusive e dados da empresa (porque até isso é difícil conseguir).
