★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma assinatura do cyberteachers da empresa Berlitz. Fiz o pagamento no dia 01/12/20 depois do horário comercial com cartão de crédito,recebi o meu login e senha apenas no dia 04/12/20. Acessei a plataforma e fiz o teste de nivelamento para poder acessar a plataforma. Desde o início não consegui acessar a uma aula de conversação "live", quando consegui acessar era um áudio horrível. No dia 07/12/20, solicitei o cancelamento junto a unidade e enviei um e-mail solicitando o cancelamento, pois recebi ontem um email da diretora geral que fica na unidade de Curitiba/PR, dizendo que eu não.posso cancelar, pois isso é descumprimento do código do consumidor no ART 49!
