It used to be good when it was administered by the school itself. Now it's pretty disorganized. Evolution of children are slow. Mothers who enter the men's bathroom to change their child, minimal intervention. Too bad I'm the only one close to home

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faz um ano que sou aluna da natação e inclui a hidroginástica nessa renovação do plano. Desde o primeiro contato com a Amanda, ela sempre foi muito simpática, prestativa, educada e cortez. A escola tem uma boa estrutura e os professores são muito bons. Alessandra também é simpática, alegre, prestativa e educada. Apesar de alguns professores terem saído da escola, como a metodologia é a mesma, não se percebe a diferença. Super recomendo!
I've been a swimming student for a year and include water aerobics in this renewal of the plan. From the first contact with Amanda, she was always very friendly, helpful, polite and courteous. The school has a good structure and the teachers are very good. Alessandra is also friendly, cheerful, helpful and polite. Although some teachers have left the school, as the methodology is the same, the difference is not noticeable. I highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Matriculei minha filha de 2 anos em Fev.22 na aula de natação para bebês. Na época da venda as recepcionistas foram extremamente atenciosas , rápidas no atendimento e solicitas. Como estamos falando de uma aluna q tem apenas 2 anos, lembro q uma das perguntas que fiz foi caso ela não tivesse interesse em continuar como ficaria o plano anual, e eles foram categórico em dizer q poderia trancar ou transferir para outra pessoa. Dado esta informação eu ha matriculei. Inclusive houve algo bem estranho no atendimento, para não perder a venda eles me mandavam muitas mensagens para ir logo fazer o pgto, eram insistentes e inclusive vieram com a proposta de que um consultor deles iria me ligar para pegar todos os dados do meu cartão e fazer a transação via telefone, o q é passível de fraude e algo surreal de uma empresa idônea propor. Enfim não aceitei, e a recepcionista mais do que prontamente foi até a minha a casa a noite para fazer a venda levando a maquina de cartao. Acontece que esta semana entrei em contato com a academia para pedir o trancamento da matrícula pq a minha filha de 2 anos esta com broncopneumonia e já esta há 3 semanas sem ir e como para se reestabelecer pretendemos deixar ela em repouso mais 1 mês não gostaria que ela perdesse este mês e pedi o trancamento da matricula que seria por apenas 1 mês. Pois bem, entrei em contato e eles vem com a informação que eles não fazem trancamento de matricula e apenas a transferência. O que posso dizer é que é inadmissível o comportamento vergonhoso desta Academia, que Mente para os novos alunos e não honra os compromisso e não dão nem resposta! Estou aguardando pelo estorno do restante do pgto, caso contrário entrarei no pequenas causas e reclame aqui! PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA!!! Inclusive acho incrível ver q so tem comentários bons aqui, sendo que qdo estamos lá no vestiário vejo várias mães reclamando da conduta dos professores com as crianças, inclusive de descuido com os pequenos.
I enrolled my 2 year old daughter on Feb.22 for baby swim class. At the time of sale the receptionists were extremely attentive, quick in service and requests. As we are talking about a student who is only 2 years old, I remember that one of the questions I asked was if she was not interested in continuing with the annual plan, and they were categorical in saying that it could be locked or transferred to someone else. Given this information I have enrolled. There was even something very strange in the service, so as not to lose the sale, they sent me many messages to go make the payment immediately, they were insistent and even came with the proposal that a consultant of theirs would call me to get all the data on my card and make the transaction via telephone, which is liable to fraud and something surreal for a reputable company to propose. Anyway, I didn't accept, and the receptionist more than promptly went to my house at night to make the sale, taking the card machine. It so happens that this week I got in touch with the gym to ask for the registration to be closed because my 2-year-old daughter has bronchopneumonia and has not gone for 3 weeks and as to reestablish herself we intend to let her rest for another 1 month I would not like that she missed this month and I asked for the registration to be closed, which would only be for 1 month. Well, I got in touch and they came with the information that they don't do enrollment locking and only transfer. What I can say is that the shameful behavior of this Academy is inadmissible, which Lies to new students and does not honor commitments and do not even respond! I'm waiting for the refund of the rest of the pgto, otherwise I'll enter the small claims and complain here! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I even think it's amazing to see that there are only good comments here, and when we're there in the locker room I see several mothers complaining about the teachers' behavior with the children, including the carelessness with the little ones.
