★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local oferece esportes aquáticos: natação, hidroginástica, aquazumba. Aula de hidroginástica é excelente. O único defeito é colocar uma só professora em alguns horários pra dar aula de hidroginástica e natação ao mesmo tempo, o que deixa a aula de natação um pouco deficiente. Estrutura do local é ótima.
 Venue offers water sports: swimming, water aerobics, aquazumba. Water aerobics class is excellent. The only shortcoming is to have only one teacher at certain times to teach aqua aerobics and swimming at the same time, which makes swimming class a little deficient. Site structure is great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A equipe é maravilhosa, a piscina é muito boa, os horários são bons e respeitados até em feriados, os professores são muito bem preparados. Agora as coisas boas terminam aí! A estrutura é gigante, mas os equipamentos são dignos de academia de bairro e por um preço de academia da Ponta Verde. Problemas no ar-condicionado, espelhos quebrados sem reparo, equipamentos antiquados e sem vários outros que as academias da moda low cost da cidade tem e de sobra. A sala de musculação se não fosse pela estrutura fazia vergonha e faz se comparada com BG, Smartfit, Profits, Aquativ e até com as vizinhas Club e Foco Fitness, se não fosse a equipe e a proximidade de casa, já teria trocado.
The staff is wonderful, the pool is very good, the hours are good and respected even on holidays, the teachers are very well prepared. Now the good things end there! The structure is huge, but the equipment is worthy of a neighborhood gym and for a price from the Ponta Verde gym. Problems with air conditioning, broken mirrors without repair, old-fashioned equipment and several others that the city's low-cost gyms have and plenty of. The weight room, if it weren't for the structure, it would be ashamed and compared to BG, Smartfit, Profits, Aquativ and even the neighboring Club and Foco Fitness, if it weren't for the team and the proximity to home, it would have already changed.

Good structure, clean environment and warm pool. The instructors do different activities with the children.
