Temos um caso de transferência de aluno que veio daí e precisamos solucionar. Já tentamos ligar várias vezes pelo telefone fixo disponibilizado, porém só chama e ninguém atende.
We need (from André Alves School) a cell phone contact from someone who works at the school office. We have a student transfer case that came from there and we need to sort it out. We have tried to call several times through the landline, but only call and nobody answers.
