Possui ensino fundamental completo - 1° ao 9° ano; tendo uma equipe docente excelente e atualizada. A Escola funciona em três turnos, sendo o noturno, como projeto EJA - Educação de Jovens e Adultos, onde há professores especializados e muito competentes.
The School is in very good condition. It has comfortable rooms for students to study. Staff are polite and helpful. Has completed elementary school - 1st to 9th grade; having an excellent and updated teaching team. The School operates in three shifts, the night shift being an EJA - Youth and Adult Education project, where there are specialized and very competent teachers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É uma ótima escola municipal, localizada no centro de Alcântara. Na parte da manhã, funciona o ensino fundamental I (1° segmento/primário) e, na parte da tarde, funciona o ensino fundamental II (ginásio/anos finais). Na parte da noite, funciona a EJA (jovens e adultos).
It is a great municipal school, located in the center of Alcântara. In the morning, elementary school I (1st segment/primary) works and, in the afternoon, elementary school II (gymnasium/final years) works. In the evening, the EJA works (youth and adults).
