★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu estudei nessa escola por 6 anos. Fui alfabetizada, aprendi a interpretar textos, decorei a tabuada. Não havia ar refrigerado nas salas , mas ainda assim nao sentíamos calor. Não havia quadra de esportes, mas hortas das quais os alunos cuidavam. Deixaram saudades aqueles idos de 1956 a 1962 vividos na escola Álvaro Alvim, que na época era Escola Rural 4 Álvaro Alvim.
I studied at this school for 6 years. I was literate, learned to interpret texts, memorized the multiplication table. There was no refrigerated air in the rooms, but we still didn't feel hot. There were no sports courts, but gardens the students took care of. They missed those from 1956 to 1962 who lived at the Álvaro Alvim School, which at the time was 4 Álvaro Alvim Rural School.
