★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não adianta apenas cobrar que todos educadores adotem um padrão. Ajudar é o melhor caminho que podemos dar aos professores. O trabalho se torna cada vez mais difícil. Nós temos esse quebra cabeça de um um sistema federal com controle local. Grande parte dos fundos vêm dos estados. Então temos o desafio de alinhar incentivos por níveis, pensando o que vai motivar determinados municípios a entrarem no jogo. Parabéns guerreiros!
Sobre a escola, a estrutura deve ser melhorada na Gestão Rui Palmeira. Na gestão Cícero Almeida a escola era outra!
It's no use just demanding that all educators adopt a standard. Helping is the best way we can give teachers. Work becomes increasingly difficult. We have this puzzle of a federal system with local control. Much of the funds come from the states. So we have the challenge of aligning incentives by levels, thinking about what will motivate certain municipalities to enter the game. Congratulations warriors!
Regarding the school, the structure must be improved in the Rui Palmeira Management. During Cícero Almeida's administration, the school was different!
