★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje 18/12/2021 estão fazendo uma FESTA DE ARROMBA desde das 14h30 (agora 18h00) com SOM AAAAAAAALTO demais ... moro no prédio vizinho 9o. e o barulho com a gritaria supera o som da TV, para fazer/ouvir qualquer coisa tenho que fechar as janelas ....
Se uma escola NÃO CONSEGUE DIFERENCIAR ÁREA RESIDENCIAL DE ZONA DE BARULHO QUEM DIRÁ O O QUE FAZEM COM A EDUCAÇÂO INFANTIL
Today, 12/18/2021 they are having a BREAKTHROUGH PARTY since 2:30 pm (now 6:00 pm) with SOUND AAAAAAALOUD too... I live in the neighboring building 9o. and the noise with the screaming surpasses the sound of the TV, to do/listen to anything I have to close the windows....
If a school CANNOT DIFFERENTIATE RESIDENTIAL AREA FROM NOISE AREA WHO WILL SAY WHAT THEY DO WITH EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION
