CONTRAS: Didática repetitiva, redundante, desestimuladora e muito focada na prática. Todos os professores ensinam da mesma maneira. Material de escultura difícil de encontrar. Mensalidade deveras alta.
 PROS: Good location. Unique proposal. Stimulating atmosphere.
CONS: Repetitive, redundant, discouraging didactics and very focused on practice. All teachers teach the same way. Sculpture material hard to find. Very high monthly fee.

O que ocorreu hoje com a "falha na comunicação" dessa instituição, fazendo me deslocar do Parnamirim, sair mais cedo do trabalho ( e fui informada por telefone que receberia uma declaração de comparecimento, caso necessário), para ouvir pessoalmente em tom de deboche "que a oficina é voltada para CRIANÇA, uma explicação sem conceito algum, pobre de argumentos, de informação". Na tentativa de atrair pessoas para dentro da instituição? Aguardei por mais de 40min, para ser debochada. Agora eu estou deixando o meu registro, vocês fizeram de bestas, pessoas que têm conhecimento, o que eu puder fazer para negativar o SAGA, estarei fazendo! Despreparados! Conhece a Berlim Digital? Veja se estão lançando oficina gratuita, sabe por quê? Porque não PRECISAM, é uma instituição com pessoas preparadas e capacitadas para atender. " Então vai fazer um curso lá" Pode está pensando, já fiz vários! E estava no intuito de conhecer o SAGA. Amadores! Entendo agora o desespero de colocar pessoas para ir até aí tentar fazer uma oficina gratuita. Postura lamentável e decadente! E repasso o meu recado pessoal para Débora: Muitos queriam está no seu lugar, na tentativa de ter um emprego, então não seja medíocre e honre por ele!

Fiz um contrato de serviços com a SAGA ESCOLA DE ARTE GAME E ANIMAÇÃO LTDA. em Recife/PE no dia 28 de julho de 2018, para o pacote denominado START, com duração de 28 meses, total de 280 hs/aula.
Entretanto, por motivos de Estrutura da escola, precisei cancelar o contrato e compareci pessoalmente à unidade no dia 06/10/2018. Em contato com o sr. Carlos, o mesmo me informou que eu deveria ter avisado com 10 dias de antecedência para cancelar o contrato, e que além da multa prevista em contrato, deveria pagar mais R$50,00 de taxa e ainda a mensalidade do mês correspondente a novembro/2018. Sendo que a multa é o valor integral da mensalidade! Ou seja, eu teria que pagar 1x o valor de R$329,90!!! Isso é um absurdo!
Li a clausula contratual de recisão e achei a cláusula extremamente abusiva e desvantajosa para mim como consumidor, pois me obriga a estar fidelizado, pagando um valor por um mês que jamais irei cursar.
De acordo com o art. 51 do Código de Defesa do Consumidor, a clausula se mostra excessivamente onerosa para mim, além de me obrigar a pagar uma taxa administrativa que sequer deveria existir!

I made a service contract with SAGA ESCOLA DE ARTE GAME E ANIMAÇÃO LTDA. in Recife / PE on July 28, 2018, for the package called START, lasting 28 months, totaling 280 hours / class.
However, due to school structure reasons, I had to cancel the contract and personally attended the unit on 10/06/2018. In contact with mr. I read the contractual termination clause and found the clause extremely abusive and disadvantageous to me as a consumer, as it forces me to be loyal, paying a fee for a month that I will never attend.
According to art. 51 of the Consumer Protection Code, the clause proves to be excessively burdensome for me, in addition to forcing me to pay an administrative fee that should not even exist!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado, ligam informando que você ganhou um curso grátis, mas na verdade é fachada para você se inscrever em um curso de 500 reais mensais, funcionários são treinados para enganar e passar mentiras.
Não perca seu tempo, uma escola que usa este tipo de "artimanha" para consegui alunos não deve ser uma escola boa, não merecem o seu tempo nem dinheiro. Pesquisem outras escolas ou então um curso superior, pois pelo preço cobrado para estes cursos profissionalizantes, melhor ingressar em uma faculdade e ainda sobra no orçamento.
Beware, call telling you that you have won a free course but it is actually facade for you to enroll in a course of 500 reais monthly, employees are trained to cheat and pass lies.
Do not waste your time, a school that uses this kind of "trick" to get students should not be a good school, do not deserve your time or money. Research other schools or a college course, for the price charged for these vocational courses, better to join a college and still have a budget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente eu amei a escola SAGA, ambiente amplo e bem higienizado. As salas são bem apropriadas e capacitadas para cada curso. Tem personagens de filmes de jogos em alguns locais do estabelecimento. Esculturas esculpidas pelos alunos, perfeitas. Com certeza vale apena fazer um curso lá. Eles que fizeram o filme Jurassic park. Comercializam vários jogos desenvolvidos lá. Que bom saber que em Pernambuco, temos um curso desse nível.
People I loved the SAGA school, a large and clean environment. The rooms are very appropriate and trained for each course. There are characters from game movies in some locations on the property. Sculptures sculpted by the students, perfect. It is certainly worth taking a course there. They made the movie Jurassic park. They sell several games developed there. It's good to know that in Pernambuco, we have a course of this level.

Fiz um pix para reserva de turma como me foi pedido por telefone e possível matrícula .me dirigi ao curso e após ler o contrato não concordei com a cláusula de cancelamento de matrícula e não assinei o contrato . Me ofereceram várias mentiras e no final não querem devolver o meu valor pago . R$ 350,00 uma empresa se queimar por esse valor .
Fora a decepção do meu filho de 13 anos que estava todo empolgado .
Entrarei na pequenas causas caso não se resolva amanhã .
Bad!! I made a pix for class reservation as requested by phone and possible enrollment. I went to the course and after reading the contract I did not agree with the enrollment cancellation clause and did not sign the contract.
