★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu filho está matriculado na Saga Tatuapé desde 2019, tranquei a matrícula por causa da pandemia, achei que na aulas on-line o rendimento e aprendizado não eram o mesmo que presencial. Continuei pagando as mensalidades. Me procuraram da Saga mês passado (Eduarda) via whatsapp, para dar continuidade ao curso, já que as aulas presenciais estão liberadas. Me foi informado que eu receberia um e-mail com todas as informações sobre o curso que iniciaria em novembro. Até agora não recebi o e-mail, estou tentando contato via whatsapp, mas ninguém me responde. Estou tentando contato telefônico, fico na espera por 20 minutos e a ligação cai. Estou decepcionada, pago um curso que não é barato. Para mandar a cobrança eles são pontuais, mas precisam melhorar muito para ter um bom atendimento.
My son has been enrolled in the Tatuapé Saga since 2019, I stopped enrolling because of the pandemic, I thought that in online classes, performance and learning were not the same as in-person. I continued to pay the monthly fees. They contacted me from Saga last month (Eduarda) via whatsapp, to continue the course, since the in-person classes are free. I was informed that I would receive an email with all the information about the course that would start in November. So far I haven't received the email, I'm trying to contact via whatsapp, but no one responds. I'm trying to make contact by phone, I'm on hold for 20 minutes and the call drops. I'm disappointed, I pay for a course that isn't cheap. To send the collection, they are punctual, but they need to improve a lot to have a good service.

Resolvemos que seria online, além de nós cobrarem uma posição, sendo que já estávamos com o documento assinado com a opção desejada, ou seja, falta de comunicação interna e falta de organização. O que queima a escola são os chamados orientadores que temos que passar por eles.Os mesmos acabam destruindo a vontade de estudar na Saga por conta da arrogância e ofensas que eles fazem durante os orçamentos dos cursos. Na minha simplória opinião a escola deveria fazer com que os interessados fossem direto na secretaria fazer suas matrículas e saber valor de mensalidades com as vantagens e descontos de bolsas e tudo mais. Isso pouparia um estresse tremendo de ter que sentar em uma mesa com esses orientadores que se julgam a última bolachinha do pacote. Se houver alguém para orientar que sejam pessoas que tenham respeito e não interesse em fazer as pessoas se sentirem culpadas por não conseguirem pagar o curso naquele momento. Eu por exemplo foi chamado praticamente de pobre por um deles. Me senti muito deprimido mas,ele com certeza se sentiu realizado na frente dos colegas que ouviram ele se gabando de me dispensar e falando que tinha muitas pessoas interessadas para ele atender.
The school has good structure and good courses and teachers. What burns the school are the so-called advisors that we have to go through. They end up destroying the desire to study in the Saga because of the arrogance and offenses they make during the course budgets. In my simple opinion, the school should make those interested go directly to the secretariat to register and find out the monthly fees with the advantages and discounts of scholarships and everything else. This would save you tremendous stress from having to sit at a table with those advisors who think they are the last cookie in the bag. If there is someone to guide, let them be people who have respect and no interest in making people feel guilty for not being able to afford the course at that time. I for example was practically called poor by one of them. I felt very depressed, but he certainly felt fulfilled in front of his colleagues who heard him bragging about dismissing me and saying that he had too many interested people for him to attend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui conhecer a unidade do Tatuapé devido a uma oficina gratuita, fui atendida pelo Gabriel Amorin. Basicamente é uma ação de marketing para vendas dos cursos com coação para fechar o quanto antes com eles usando a tática do "temos uma enorme fila de espera, se não fechar hoje acabou a oportunidade", ao entender que eu não iria fechar com eles, naquele exato momento eu fui dispensada de forma passiva agressiva e bem desconfortável. Uma perca de tempo, além do constrangimento. Há diversas reclamações sobre a escola, contratos e atendimento, eu já estava com receio, após essa experiência com toda a certeza não tenho a minima vontade de participar de nada que seja referente a Saga, ou faria indicações, muito pelo contrário!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os atendentes são de quinta categoria. Para vender o curso vendem até própria mãe. Mentem, iludem, inventam coisas que você jamais vai ter no curso. E quando agente questiona eles insultam agente como se eles fossem seres superiores sem um pingo de humildade.Estive com minha filha no local e a conversa com o atendente Gabriel Amorim foi degradante. Minha filha foi pressionada e coagida a aceitar os termos e condições que ele impunha ao seu bel prazer. Eles falam assim: É hoje e acabou se vier amanhã já era tem uma fila esperando. Gente mal amada. Agora eu pergunto esses atendentes abusados agem dessa forma por conta própria ou o mal caráter vem da direção da escola? Não vou voltar pra saber. Não recomendo.Os cachorros de rua são melhor tratados do que pessoas na Escola Saga do Tatuapé. Espero que um dia mudem para melhor. O mundo já tem muitos maus exemplos.

Now I ask do these abused attendants act this way on their own or does the bad character come from the school board? I'm not going back to find out. I don't recommend it. Street dogs are better treated than people at Escola Saga do Tatuapé. I hope that one day they will change for the better. The world already has many bad examples.
