★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completo descaso com os alunos, em momento de pandemia não estão prestando nenhum tipo de auxílio e/ou compreensão devido aos atestados por covid. Precisei fazer uma cirurgia de emergência e desde então não tiveram postura ética e nem foram solícitos com relação às matérias perdidas, único motivo pelo qual continuo na instituição é o ensino e os professores. Estrutura zero, coordenação extremamente mal educada e sem tato para lidar com o público.
Complete disregard for students, in a time of pandemic, they are not providing any kind of assistance and / or understanding due to the certificates by covid. I had to have an emergency surgery and since then they have not had an ethical stance or been solicitous in relation to the missing materials, the only reason I am still at the institution is teaching and teachers. Zero structure, extremely rude coordination and without tact to deal with the public.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confesso q estou um poco assustada e decepcionada, toda aula é um caos, vc ouve profs gritando de outra sala, sem respeito algum com seus colegas de trabalho e demais turmas, como se só sua aula importasse. Alguns alunos fazem o q bem entendem, embora sejam todos adultos e maiores de idade, conversam alto durante a aula, pedem pra ir embora e os profs, talvez por medo do "nível" das pessoas, ficam quietos e deixam virar feira, liberam cedo, eu acho um abisurdo, nao estou pagando quase quinhentos reais por mes pra ter 1h30 de aula, ja nao basta entrar 19h30 por pandemia e fechar 22h, ainda tenho q ver prof liberando 21h10 pq o aluninho barraqueiro nao quer ter aula? Q mundo esse povo vive, tem gente q acorda todo dia 4h da manha pra ir pegar trem, trabalhar do outro lado da cidade, depois vai pra faculdade, sai 22h30 e tá vivo, eu por exemplo fiz outros cursos e tive rotinas assim e nunca morri. Vejo outras pessoas indignadas igual eu mas q tbm ficam quietas por medo pois estamos vivendo numa intolerancia tao grande q melhor deixar quieto. Vou dar mais algumas chances, se continuar assim ate mes q vem vou pedir transferencia, ha escolas como albert einstein q estao custando 70 reais a mais somente, e não deixam esse tipo de coisa acontecer, dinheiro nao da em arvore nao, vcs nao podem achar q pq o aluno paga ele tem direito de tirar o acesso ao conhecimento do outro q ta pagando o mesmo valor.
Agora com relaçao aos elogios, a estrutura é boa, a coordenação e funcionarios, no geral, são bem educados e prestativos e a escola é muito limpa, com alcool em gel, agua, papel higienico, tudo disponível.
I confess that I'm a little scared and disappointed, every class is chaos, you hear profs shouting from another room, without any respect towards their co-workers and other classes, as if only their class mattered. Some students do what they want, even though they are all adults and adults, they talk loudly during class, they ask to leave and the teachers, perhaps for fear of the "level" of people, are quiet and let it be fair, they release early, I think it's an abisurdo, I'm not paying almost five hundred reais a month to have 1h30 of class, it is not enough to enter 7:30 pm due to a pandemic and close 10pm, I still have to see prof releasing 9:10 pm because the student boatman doesn't want to have a class? Q people live in this world, there are people who wake up every day at 4:00 am to catch the train, work on the other side of the city, then go to college, leave at 10:30 pm and are alive, I for example took other courses and had routines like this and never I died. I see other people indignant just like me but they are also quiet for fear because we are living in such a big intolerance that it is better to be quiet. I will give some more chances, if I continue like this until next month I will ask for a transfer, there are schools like Albert Einstein that are costing 70 reais more, and they don’t let this kind of thing happen, money isn’t in the tree, you can’t find q why the student pays he has the right to take access to the knowledge of the other q ta paying the same amount.
Now regarding the compliments, the structure is good, the coordination and staff, in general, are well educated and helpful and the school is very clean, with alcohol in gel, water, toilet paper, everything available.

Excellent technical nursing school I love the staff there the teachers coordination girls from the secretariat They are top study and I do a supervised internship at the mandaqui hospital, I highly recommend the course of nursing assistant, nursing technician and radiology.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimos funcionários, péssimos professores, péssima estrutura, escola completamente desorganizada, fazem de tudo pra vc pagar o que não deve, jogam verde falando que seu pagamento não caiu no sistema, e mesmo vc tendo comprovante de pagamento eles tentam fazer com que vc pague novamente, não conhecem nada do código de defesa do consumidor. Sério, se vc estiver pensando em se matricular aqui, pense mais um pouquinho, dinheiro jogado fora, melhor ficar sem fazer o curso do que fazer aqui! Lugar horrível, deveriam fechar!!! Sem conta que ninguém da recepção tem educação, nunca vi tanta gente mal educada em um só lugar! Péssimo!!
Bad staff, bad teachers, bad structure, completely disorganized school, they do everything to make you pay what you shouldn't, they play green saying that your payment didn't go into the system, and even though you have proof of payment they try to make you pay again , know nothing of the consumer protection code. Seriously, if you're thinking of enrolling here, think a little more, money wasted, better not taking the course than doing it here! Horrible place, should close!!! Not to mention that no one at the reception is polite, I've never seen so many rude people in one place! Terrible!!
