★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O primeiro contato que tive foi através do whatsapp e tive um probleminha com a comunicação e isso me deixou insatisfeito. Porem quando cheguei na loja foi super bem atendido, o consultor e gerentes solicitaram desculpas pelo ocorrido, só por essa ação eles já fidelizaram cliente.
Uma das coisas que gostei bastante é que eles realizam a entrega dos produtos (caso você more em Mossoró), caso seja necessário acionar a garantia eles fazem isso para você (ao menos no produto que comprei) e eles estão disposto a resolver seu problema não apenas vender.
