★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imobiliária bem localizada, situa-se em frente a praça do Rosário e Igreja com o mesmo nome. Imóvel novo onde o proprietário da imobiliária, reside no piso superior. Possui imóveis diversificados e com preços baixos e acessiveis. Sem muita burocracia vc pode alugar um imóvel na cidade.

Não prestam quaisquer suporte aos inquilinos, as casas apresentam problemas com frequência e muitas vezes demoram semanas pra mandar a manutenção e ainda é quando e na hora que ELES querem, sendo assim, quem trabalha que lute pra se adequar a disponibilidade deles. Reclamei 1 ano completo de uma goteira no meu apto que estragou muitas coisas minhas e eles nunca arrumaram. No final ainda paguei uma quase 400 reais pela manutenção de um apto de apenas 2 cômodos pra poder liberar o imóvel. No que estou morando atualmente cada semana a casa apresenta um defeito novo, e quando entramos em contato, os funcionários não sabem resolver absolutamente nada e o próprio Bosco é um poço de arrogância e ma vontade. Vale lembrar que aluguel também é para manutenção do imóvel, não é só renda pra imobiliária não. Até porque, pelo preço que pagamos, o mínimo que devemos ter é um lugar decente pra morar. Afinal de contas ninguém está pedindo favor. Sinceramente eu jamais recomendaria esta imobiliária.

I complained about a full year of a leak in my apartment that ruined many of my things and they never fixed it. In the end I still paid almost 400 reais for the maintenance of a fit of only 2 rooms to be able to release the property. In what I'm currently living every week, the house has a new defect, and when we get in touch, the employees don't know how to solve anything and Bosco himself is a pit of arrogance and ill will. It is worth remembering that rent is also for maintenance of the property, it is not just income for real estate. Especially because, for the price we pay, the least we should have is a decent place to live. After all, no one is asking for favor. I honestly would never recommend this real estate.
