Ela é aquela pessoa que sabe o que faz e vai te dar todas as orientações necessárias para você melhorar sua saúde, em todos os aspectos, inclusive o psicológico. Foi ela que me convenceu a parar com doces, depois de décadas de vício. Sou grata por ter conhecido o Esculpilates.
 Do you know that Pilates studio well maintained and with everything you need to be healthy? It's this one. Débora is simply the best Pilates instructor at Recreio. She is that person who knows what she does and will give you all the necessary guidance for you to improve your health, in all aspects, including the psychological one. She was the one who talked me out of sweets after decades of addiction. I am grateful to have known Esculpilates.

I had a problem with my shoulder and Débora, who is an excellent physical therapist, attended to me and treated me with great care. Thanks to her, today I was able to paddle again!! Besides, the space is wide and airy... I highly recommend Esculpilates!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei há um mês para a Esculpilates e já sinto uma diferença grande na minha mobilidade: vinha me sentindo “encurtada” e todos os dias acordava com dores na lombar. Neste período, o problema da lombar sumiu e me sinto muito mais alongada e disposta.
Já percebi diferença também na musculatura.
A Débora é mega competente, atenta e muito cuidadosa com todos.
Nunca tinha feito pilates na vida e estou amando!

I joined Esculpilates a month ago and I already feel a big difference in my mobility: I was feeling “shortened” and every day I woke up with lower back pain. In this period, the problem of the lumbar disappeared and I feel much more elongated and willing.
I've already noticed a difference in the musculature as well.
Débora is super competent, attentive and very careful with everyone.
I've never done pilates in my life and I'm loving it!
I highly recommend!!
