★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de ser uma base militar, com restrições e controle de entrada e de saída, é um lugar bem interessante para conhecer. Está junto à Fortaleza de São João e Museu do Esporte, além do local onde Estácio de Sá desembarcou para expulsar os franceses, no século XVI. Tem praias com areia muito limpa.
 Despite being a military base, with entry and exit restrictions and controls, it is a very interesting place to visit. It is next to the São João Fortress and the Sports Museum, in addition to the place where Estácio de Sá disembarked to expel the French, in the 16th century. It has beaches with very clean sand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um lugar maravilhoso, equipamentos para a pratica de espoete de excelência, fiz uma visita guiada e a vista é linda, a lanchonete do Sr Jorge é muito bacana com preço acessível, as praias são limpas e lindas e o valor histórico do local é muito rico!!
A wonderful place, equipment for the practice of excellent espoete, I took a guided tour and the view is beautiful, Mr. Jorge's cafeteria is very nice with an affordable price, the beaches are clean and beautiful and the historical value of the place is very rich !!

Adoraria participar das festividades de comemoração dos 100 anos da Escola, mas, infelizmente não será possível. Deixo aqui meu profundo respeito a essa entidade e votos de um futuro ainda mais notável.

I am very proud to have been a student and graduated from EsEFEx. As in the photo of the 1973 student list, my name is illuminated (Jose Sylvio Fiolo).
I would love to participate in the 100th anniversary celebrations of the School, but unfortunately it will not be possible. I leave here my deep respect for this entity and wishes for an even more remarkable future.
