★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ontem na UBS Portal da Amazônia tomar vacina da INFLUENZA e obter informações sobre o horário de vacinação e informaram que ela manhã e de 8:00 as 12:00 e pela tarde de 14:00 as 15:00. Hoje dia 28/7/21, meu marido foi lá e o porteiro e um segurança informaram que seria a partir de 9:00h, pediu para entrar e falar com responsável e foi barrado, não permitiram ele entrar e se estivesse com pressa para procurar outra UBS. Sendo que moramos perto desta. Um absurdo
Yesterday I went to UBS Portal da Amazônia to take the INFLUENZA vaccine and get information about the vaccination schedule and they informed that it was in the morning and from 8:00 to 12:00 and in the afternoon from 14:00 to 15:00. Today, 7/28/21, my husband went there and the doorman and a security guard informed that it would be from 9:00 am, he asked to come in and talk to the person in charge and was barred, he was not allowed to enter and if he was in a hurry to search other UBS. Since we live close to this one. an absurd

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo as mulheres da recepção fizeram mestrado em arrogância, Atendimento horrível parece que tão trabalhando forçadas.
Sem contar que elas são desunida um dia desses presenciei um desentendimento entre elas no final uma saiu gritando que era louca pelos corredores.
Todos que estavam esperando atendimento ficamos assustando

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No início foi uma maravilha,fiz vários exames,...mas no retorno, pra levar os resultados,a médica faltou três vezes,na quarta remarcação,eu tava passando ruim, aí perdi o retorno, hoje tentei remarcar e disseram que tenho que começar tudo de novo, enfrentar fila pra conseguir uma ficha,esperar sabe lá quantos meses pra consulta. Um absurdo, falta de respeito,se a gente procura, é porque tá precisando. Comecei esse tratamento em setembro do ano passado, agora ter que começar do zero, é um absurdo .
At first it was wonderful, I did several tests,... but on return, to take the results, the doctor was absent three times, on the fourth reschedule, I was feeling bad, then I missed the return, today I tried to reschedule and they said I have to start all over again, face a queue to get a file, wait who knows how many months for an appointment. It's absurd, lack of respect, if we look for it, it's because we need it. I started this treatment in September last year, now having to start from scratch is absurd.
