★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A comida é muito boa mesmo. Mas o atendimento está longe de ser bom ! A menina que estava me atendendo na parte interna, atendia também a parte externa, e ainda fazia os sorvetes e açaí. Deveria ter mais uma funcionária para atender a pessoas da mesa. Atendemimento hiper demorado por conta disto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem recomendo com ressalvas local tem uma boa estrutura mas um péssimo atendimento às atendentes são muito despreparadas rezemos um pedido depois recebemos outro e os lanches demoram muito pra ficar prontos são cardápio muito grande pra pouco pessoal na cozinha.

Acho uma total falta de respeito e consideração com o cliente.2 horas e meia esperando um lanche aí quando falamos com eles pra reclamar o lanche do nada sai de lá,obs eu moro no mesmo bairro e demora isso tudo imagina quem mora longe.Se não consegue comprir com entrega não coloque a disposição do cliente.
Imagina se fosse com vcs uma criança ficar de 20:00 da noite até quase meia noite esperando um lanche que nunca chega.

I think it's a total lack of respect and consideration for the customer. 2 and a half hours waiting for a snack there when we talk to them to claim the snack out of nowhere, obs I live in the same neighborhood and it takes all this imagine who lives far away. can't buy with delivery don't make it available to the customer.
Imagine if a child were with you to stay from 20:00 at night until almost midnight waiting for a snack that never arrives.
