O preço é baixo, sendo um local geralmente frequentado por família e amigos.
Atendimento muito bom, funcionários prestativos.
Local simples, sem luxo, porém limpo e sem nada que desabone com relação à estrutura.

EC&C é um patrimônio histórico da nossa cidade. Nunca deveria ter saído do seu ponto. Espero que um dia volte ao lugar de onde nunca devia ter saído.
Mas mesmo em outro lugar, continua a mesma qualidade. É um produto constante. Não há medo de comprar uma vez e na próxima vir de outro jeito nada a ver com o primeiro.
A entrega também foi rápida. Mais rápida do que antigamente, inclusive. E por um ótimo entregador que soube entender e ficou de boa quando disse que era 17,60, mas eu respondi que pensei ter ouvido 17,20 (?), mas não deixou eu descer em casa pra pegar o restante do valor, porque alegou pressa pra entregar os outros pedidos. Se fosse um entregador xarope, como a maioria, ia xiar e fazer eu ir lá buscar o valor que faltasse e nesse tempo se duvidar ainda ia chacoalhar a minha embalagem e/ou abrir pra esfriar o produto. Esse não. Comprometido com o local de trabalho, respeitoso e cordial. Da próxima vez que vier aqui será o primeiro motoboy na vida a levar uma gorjeta minha.

EC&C is a historical heritage of our city. I should never have gone out of your way. I hope one day you will return to the place you should never have left.

Delivery was also fast. Faster than before, including. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sei se é a mesma de Embu das Artes, pois estive na de Embu com minha esposa, o atendimento foi péssimo, o garçon foi grosseiro desde o início do atendimento. Quando questionei o lanche frio e o caldo de cana azedo ele me disse de forma rude que não tinha nada a ver com isso, que eu me resolvesse com o gerente. Sei que mudou de proprietário, a anterior era maravilhosa no trato com os clientes, mas a atual, volto a repetir que refiro-me a de Embu, desaconselho. Não vale a pena, péssimo atendimento, funcionários grosseiros e preços absurdos!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demora a entregar. Mínimo duas horas, para mais. Fui cliente cerca de quinze anos. Já recebi pizza fria, com tomate fatiado como presunto. Pedido anotado errado. Mas a espera de hoje de 1h56 minutos. Quando disseram uma hora. É a gota d'água.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As esfihas,são muito boas recomendo; Agora á Pizza meia Paola, e meia chocolate com morango me frustrou, pois, veio poucos morangos em relação ao mesmo sabor de pizza que postam no status do WhatsApp.
