Frequentei muito está pizzaria ainda quando era do outro lado da rua nos anos 90. Há alguns anos atrás eu descobri que ainda estavam abertos e imediatamente resolvi ir lá e qual foi a minha surpresa quando comi a esfiha de queijo e o sabor idêntico as esfihas que comia nos anos 90. Que delícia. Recomendo as esfihas, a coxinha com catupiry frita na hora e as muitas pizzas que são super recheadas. Uma delicia todas que já experimentei. Recomendo

Olha, parabéns. Conseguiram ser a pior entrega que já peguei na minha vida. Demorou mais de 2 horas pra chegar, veio uma esfiha errada e ainda a de “nutella” q não é nutella

Fiz uma encomenda pelo Ifood, às 19h o pedido demorou mais de 1h40 para chegar, e quando chegou veio com o lacre violado, ao tentar conversar com o motoboy sobre o ocorrido o mesmo foi super rispido, dizendo que eu que havia aberto a caixa. Falta de profissionalismo e empatia com o cliente! Por favor treine direito seus entregadores.

Venho aqui indagar o péssimo atendimento que tive no dia 02/04 sábado da Esfiharia Pizzaria Lorena, sou cliente assídua, estamos diretos comprando com eles, mas depois do ocorrido hoje, solicitei a exclusão do meu cadastro, e já exclui também o app, onde também realizava os pedidos. Compramos 24 esfihas, as quais 4 vieram erradas, solicitei com catupiry e veio com mussarela, quando informei o erro, atendente disse que essa esfiha era com MUSSARELA, mas sempre compramos e solicitamos a troca pelo CATUPIRY, que foi até sugestão da atendente da primeira vez que compramos, foi sugerido a troca, porém atendente informou que demoraria 40 minutos pra assar as outras esfihas, como já havíamos esperado 50 minutos, e estávamos com visita, por ser um erro de FALTA DE ATENÇÃO, pedi que ficasse de crédito, porém a mesma se negou, disse que deixaria de crédito R$8,00 do total pago R$24,00, infringindo o Código de defesa do consumidor. Informei que não preciso do crédito de R$8,00 que poderia estar cancelando meu cadastro de clientes que sou a ano, compro praticamente toda semana pelo telefone ou pelo APP, uma falta de consideração e RESPEITO COM O CLIENTE.

We bought 24 esfihas, of which 4 came wrong, I ordered with catupiry and it came with mozzarella, when I reported the error, the attendant said that this esfiha was with MOSSARELLA, but we always bought and asked to exchange it for CATUPIRY, which was even suggested by the first attendant Once we bought it, it was suggested to change it, but the attendant informed that it would take 40 minutes to bake the other esfihas, as we had already waited 50 minutes, and we were visiting, because it was a LACK OF ATTENTION error, I asked him to keep credit, however she refused, said she would leave R$8.00 of the total paid R$24.00 in credit, infringing the Consumer Protection Code. I informed that I don't need the credit of R$8.00 that could be canceling my customer registration that I am the year, I buy practically every week over the phone or through the APP, a lack of consideration and RESPECT WITH THE CUSTOMER.
