★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As esfirras são deliciosas, muito boa mesmo, mas o atendimento presencial é horrível. Nem cumprimentam os clientes é como se não quisessem estar ali. Muito triste!
 The esfirras are delicious, really good, but the face-to-face service is horrible. They don't even greet customers, it's as if they didn't want to be there. Very sad!

The esfihas are good but unfortunately the service is horrible, but I've seen that it's the call culture too bad I didn't read the reviews before. Not to mention the delivery delay.

Quando liguei para questionar o que seria feito, informaram que se eu deseja.se o envio do restante do pedido deveria pagar nova taxa de entrega, além da atendente Carol não querer falar ela passou para o "Responsável " Sr ITALO, O mesmo além de não resolver ainda desligou o telefone.. Não recomendo.... atendimento péssimo!!!!!!
I always bought but I had a problem with the delivery, they said the attendant was new and hadn't written down the entire order!
When I called to ask what would be done, they informed me that if I want to send the rest of the order, I should pay a new delivery fee, in addition to the attendant Carol not wanting to talk, she passed it on to the "Responsible" Mr ITALO, the same in addition to not resolved yet hung up the phone.. I do not recommend.... lousy service!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As esfihas são bem gostosas. É inegável a qualidade. Mas demora pra caramba pra vir. Eles priorizam atendimento de iFood antes dos clientes que já estão no estabelecimento. Além disso, ninguém dentro usa máscara! Nem atendente, cozinheiro, quem fica no caixa.
The esfihas are very tasty. The quality is undeniable. But it takes a long time to come. They prioritize iFood service before customers who are already in the establishment. Also, no one inside wears a mask! Neither attendant, cook, who stays at the cashier.
