★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja informa abertura às 11:00. Esperei em frente à loja (uma funcionária também estava aguardando abrirem) até 11:20, quando o pessoal chegou para abrir. Às 11:30, debaixo de bastante chuva (a pequena cobertura na frente da empresa não estava sendo suficiente para me proteger), perguntei se iriam abrir, e um funcionário disse que eu deveria esperar. Mostrei que a chuva estava me molhando bastante e ele balançou os ombros, dizendo que não poderia fazer nada. Lamentável a postura desse funcionário. Espero que esse descaso e falta de respeito não sejam política da empresa para com o cliente.
Responsável pela loja respondeu pra eu verificar os horários, pois abrem às 13:00 às segundas-feiras, mas eu me informei com a funcionária na frente da loja que a mesma abriria às 11:00. Estou incluindo uma foto tirada às 12:20, ficando claro que não abre às 13:00.
Store informs opening at 11:00. I waited in front of the store (an employee was also waiting for them to open) until 11:20, when the staff arrived to open. At 11:30 am, in a lot of rain (the small canopy in front of the company wasn't doing enough to protect me), I asked if they were going to open, and an employee said I should wait. I pointed out that the rain was getting me quite wet and he shrugged his shoulders, saying he couldn't do anything. The attitude of this employee is regrettable. I hope this disregard and lack of respect are not company policy towards the customer.
Responsible for the store answered for me to check the hours, as they open at 13:00 on Mondays, but I asked the employee in front of the store that it would open at 11:00. I'm including a photo taken at 12:20, making it clear it doesn't open at 13:00.
