Paguei no pix e até agora não fui ressarcida!
Bad experience today I made an order through Ifood at 2 pm and the ice cream shop is less than 2km from the delivery place which is Dr. Celestino Esq with Marques de Paraná. 1h later I was notified of the cancellation and in the tracking they said that the bike delivery man had already left and would deliver in 3 min
I paid at pix and so far I have not been refunded!

Quando abri constava uma calda da marca de vocês rala e contendo 270 grs pelo mesmo preço. Paguei pelo preço por 300gra e não 270 grs ainda por cima de outra marca.eu tinha que ser comunicada e eu que tinha que decidir não vocês ainda por cima nem o entregador me avisou. Um absurdo . Compro sempre com vocês. Não merecia ser tratada com indiferença e enganada.
I want to know why I ordered a strawberry syrup from the select brand containing 300grs. When it arrived it was in the bag along with the cones. When I opened it there was a syrup of your brand, with 270 grs for the same price. I paid for the price for 300g and not 270g for another brand. An absurdity. I always buy from you. She didn't deserve to be treated with indifference and deceived.
