O prazo de entrega é muito longo, comprei de cinco pisos diferentes, tive problema com todos eles, sendo de dois pisos em situações piores, varias peças quebradas e com defeitos de fábrica, me impossibilitando de utiliza-lo, exemplo, comprei três caixas de um piso, apenas uma caixa está boa, o que a loja diz é que piso B ou C não tem garantia apenas o A, diferente do que consta no código de defesa ao consumidor.
If I knew the headache it would bring me, I wouldn't buy it. The delivery time is very long, I bought five different floors, I had a problem with all of them, with two floors in worse situations, several broken pieces and with factory defects, making it impossible to use it, for example, I bought three boxes of one floor, only one box is good, what the store says is that floor B or C does not guarantee only A, which is different from what is stated in the consumer protection code.

A decepção já começou na entrega, me venderam um que não tinha estoque e me enviaram outro, nada parecido com o que comprei, aceitei pensando que o único problema seria esse. Porém a decepção maior foram o que comprei das marcas pamesa e savane, esses chegaram mais da metade quebrados e com as bordas descascadas, já reclamei, porém dizem que só o piso “A” que têm garantia, e esses que comprei são “B”, minha indignação não é referente ao acabamento, tamanhos desproporcionais, peças empenadas, pois sabia que piso do tipo “B” e “C” não tem uma boa qualidade, e sim por me entregarem os pisos quebrados. Não quiseram trocar, terei que arcar com os prejuízos comprando de outro piso. No entanto, pela experiência que tive NÃO RECOMENDO.

However, the biggest disappointment was what I bought from the brands pamesa and savane, these arrived more than half broken and with peeled edges, I have already complained, but they say that only the “A” floor is guaranteed, and the ones I bought are “B” , my indignation is not related to the finish, disproportionate sizes, warped pieces, because I knew that type “B” and “C” floors do not have a good quality, but because they give me the broken floors. They didn't want to change, I will have to bear the losses by buying from another floor. However, from the experience I had I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
