já fiz compra umas duas vezes e nessas duas vezes o motoboy atrasou horrores perdi o atendimento por que o produto não chegou , ontem a mesma situação mandei mensagem cedo elas falou que em algumas horas a entrega ia ser realizada acabou que passou do horário é nada dele chegar !!! HOJE A MESMA COISA FIZ O PEDIDO AS 11h00 ia chegar às 14h são 15h10 e até agora nem sinal do moto boy ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem respeito nenhum por seus clientes, mandam materiais errados e não fazem a troca nem o reembolso, já contratei curso e no último dia a dona não foi e disse ter esquecido que tinha que dar aula.
They have no respect for their customers, they send wrong materials and they don't exchange or refund, I already hired a course and on the last day the owner didn't go and said she forgot she had to teach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diante de tantas reclamações o estabelecimento deveria mudar seu comportamento, se tocar e fazer uma reciclagem com seus prestadores. Atendimento hoje em dia é fundamental. Educação é o mínimo. Aprendam a trabalhar com o público ou se não fechem as portas.
Faced with so many complaints, the establishment should change its behavior, get in touch and do a recycling with its providers. Customer service today is essential. Education is the bare minimum. Learn to work with the public or else close the doors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito de comprar na Dom Doca, mas o atendimento lá é péssimo… todos mal educados… tenho sensação que eles acha q está fazendo um favor pro cliente… uma tal de taynara é a pior … sempre mal humorada… reponde o q perguntamos olhando pro celular…. Última experiência q tive hj 11/04/22. Fui trocar um gel q comprei errado . Não conseguir ir antes .. qndo chego pra trocar não fizeram a troca.. só pq passou 3 dias não trocou… implorei até… e na nota não tem essa especificação troca de 7 dias…. …. Acredito q um estabelecimento sem clientes fecha as portas.
I really like shopping at Dom Doca, but the service there is terrible… everyone is rude… I have the feeling that they think they are doing the customer a favor… this one taynara is the worst… always in a bad mood… she answers what we ask looking at her cell phone …. Last experience I had today 11/04/22. I went to change a gel I bought wrong. Not being able to go before .. when I arrive to exchange they didn't make the exchange .. just because it took 3 days they didn't exchange... I begged even... and the note doesn't have this specification exchange of 7 days... …. I believe that an establishment without customers closes its doors.
