Meia hora depois, resolveram deixar de ignorar o cliente e perguntaram " aqui na porta vc ta?", ignorando o fato de não terem se quer comunicado que se atrasariam ou que ocorreu um imprevisto, o que seria muito plausível. Disseram que só viram minha mensagem depois (40 minutos depois), então eu teria "me atrasaso" e eles nem confirmaram se eu estava atrasada por "não ter aparecido" no horário marcado. Acredito que assumir o incidente seria menos pior. Muito triste o descaso. Não recomendo.
