★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concordo com a Fernanda. O serviço é de péssima qualidade. Fui duas vezes, a primeira vez a manicure fez as unhas com um acabamento péssimo, borrava e ela passava outra mão por cima. Pura preguiça e desleixo. Mas, reclamei na recepção e fui atendida com educação, tanto que pensei que era uma manicure específica que não trabalhava bem. Então, pensando assim, voltei e pedi outra manicure e fui atendida. Resultado ela fez um bife enorme e o sangue escorrendo, ela fria fingiu que nada aconteceu.fez um serviço meia boca pra se livrar Realmente não volto mais e não indico.
I agree with Fernanda. The service is of poor quality. I went twice, the first time the manicure did the nails with a bad finish, it smudged and she ran another hand over it. Pure laziness and sloppiness. But, I complained at the reception and was treated politely, so much so that I thought it was a specific manicure that didn't work well. So, thinking like that, I went back and asked for another manicure and was attended to. As a result, she made a huge steak and the blood dripped, she cold pretended that nothing happened. She did a half mouth job to get rid of. I really don't come back and I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal, antes de ir na Esmaltoka pesquisei aqui na web através dos comentários se valeria apena ir ou não, por isso estou fazendo o meu também. Quando pesquisei não achei muita coisa mas tinha alguns comentários positivos e outros negativos, vai aí minha avaliação:
Coloquei três, sendo 1 pelo atendimento que foi legal e 2 pelo serviço em si que não recomendo, pois minha unha não ficou boa, ela ficou mal cuticulada, mal pintada e acabamento ruim, pintei de cor escura e olhando você percebe a diferença na cor e que não foi bem limpa, a vontade que estou é de voltar lá e mostrar todos esses defeitos que falei, pra ver se eles melhoram.

Guys, before going to Esmaltoka I researched here on the web through the comments if it would be worth going or not, so I'm doing mine too. When I researched I did not find much but had some positive comments and some negative, here's my assessment:
I put three, one for the service that was nice and two for the service itself that I do not recommend, because my nail was not good, she was badly cuticulate, badly painted and bad finish, painted dark color and looking you see the difference in color and it was not very clean, I want to go back and show all these defects I said, to see if they improve.
