★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível! O acesso não é favorável, o ambiente não possui nenhum saída de emergência e em todas as festas sempre tem uma confusão que acaba em polícia. Na última festa, "Festa do beijo", a casa pegou fogo devido ao mal planejamento da rede elétrica, com mais de 300 pessoas dentro e uma única saída tudo se transformou em caos, pessoas passando mal, brigas, polícia, bombeiros, PROCON, ambulâncias. A entrada de menores de idade também é constante em festas do tipo Open-Bar, sem nenhum tipo de fiscalização. Seringas de drogas ilícitas ilícitas são encontradas em todo espaço. Totalmente reprovável, pondo em risco vidas tanto de adultos quanto de menores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ambiente é interessante, o problema é que o terreno é íngrime e com relevo na grama, e já que é um ambiente de festa, onde pessoas irão consumir bebidas alcoólicas, pode se tornar o desafio ander com a coordenação motora alterada. Outro detalhe que notei foi a piscina, é claro que ninguém iria banhar naquele momento, mas a água estava muito suja, deveriam pelo menos ter colocado um cloro, pra ficar mais bonitinho.
