★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olha pra falar a verdade fui surpreendido com o Espaço Alice ao se deparar com a nova estrutura física do ambiente, lá o espaço proporciona conforto além de uma ótima ventilação natural. Agora com uma espaçosa e agradável piscina, o ambiente se tornou mais completo possibilitando não ser mais necessário se deslocar a outros lugares mais distantes, parabéns ao novo Espaço Alice; em breve voltarei ao local podendo avaliar com mais estrelas.

Os pontos negativos é: localização, estacionamento e a pressa do proprietário ao final do evento, pois ele não aceita nem 5 minuto de tolerância no horário de devolvemos o Espaço.
