★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem tenho o que reclamar do atendimento, mas não há nenhum cuidado com as rações. Todas expostas às moscas (literalmente). Já comprei algumas vezes na emergência e dá um nervoso ver o descaso com a higiene no local. Precisam acordar pra as noções básicas do ramo!!!

Ter esse feedback de forma gratuita para uma boa relação e para melhoria contínua. Pena a empresa não enxergar isso e não ter ideia de como tratar o pós venda!
I don't even have anything to complain about, but there's no care with the rations. All exposed to flies (literally). I already bought it a few times in the emergency and it makes me nervous to see the disregard for hygiene in the place. You need to wake up to the basics of the business !!!

Having this feedback free of charge for a good relationship and for continuous improvement. Too bad the company did not see this and had no idea how to deal with the after sales!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando as pessoas, forem comprar medicamentos nesse lugar, tenham o cuidado de conferir suas mercadorias, como peso, quantidade, e se realmente as caixas das medicações estão realmente lacradas, pois eles costumam vender medicações fracionadas,. fui vítima desse estabelecimento, prestem bem atenção, e não saiam da loja sem antes conferir. Me venderam uma cx do nex gard, embalagem com 3 unidades, quando eu fui abrir, a cx já estava violada, e só haviam 2 comprimidos, liguei na hora em que percebí, e a mulher, muito mal educada por sinal, me tratou muito mal, e me mandou procurar meus direitos no procon. Como, na maioria dos consumidores, não costumamos conferir, eu tbm não conferí na vista deles. Perdí, mas, aprendí, ao contrário deles, que não vão aprender nunca a trabalhar como se deve, e a tratar seus clientes com respeito.
