★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente a clínica não atende emergência, peguei o contato da Veterinária Dr Rachel informado no site.Foi visualizado a emergência no telefone informado mas não tive retorno no telefone e nem na clinica.Infelizmente é mais um cliente q não volta,pq é a gente q escolhe o veterinário não o animal.E num animal em emergência a gente quer atendimento rápido,pq envolve salvar vidas.
Mas graças a Deus temos outras opções em Ponte Nova e hoje fui atendido em outra clínica e fui bem recebido e atendido e o meu cachorro medicado.
Unfortunately the clinic does not answer emergency, I got the contact of the Veterinary Dr Rachel informed on the site. Was viewed the emergency on the phone informed but had no return on the phone or the clinic. Unfortunately is another customer who does not return, because we are choose the vet not the animal. And in an emergency animal we want quick care, because it involves saving lives.
But thank God we have other options in Ponte Nova and today I was attended at another clinic and was well received and cared for and my dog medicated.
