★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O problema é que impossível falar com a academia por telefone. Por exemplo, hoje, dias dos professores é ponto facultativo, não houve aula na escola de minha filha de 11 anos. Quero saber se haverá ou não aula de natação, hoje às 18h. Como sempre, o telefone toca e entra uma gravação. Como isso acontece TODAS as vezes em que eu ligo, não sei se a academia está fechada ou aberta. Já fiz esta reclamação, mas nada mudou. Sou cliente há dois anos, minha esposa e minha filha estão matriculadas; pagamos as mensalidade regularmente durante a pandemia enquanto a academia ficou fechada. É um detalhe ser impossível falar por telefone com a academia. Entretanto trata-se de um detalhe que revela uma falta de cuidado lamentável para com os clientes. Não é assim que se trata clientes que respeitaram e continuam respeitando a academia.
The problem is that it is impossible to speak to the gym over the phone. For example, today, teachers' days are optional, there was no class at my 11-year-old daughter's school. I want to know if there will be a swimming class or not, today at 18h. As always, the phone rings and a recording enters. Since this happens EVERY time I call, I don't know if the gym is closed or open. I have already made this complaint, but nothing has changed. I have been a customer for two years, my wife and daughter are enrolled; we pay tuition regularly during the pandemic while the gym is closed. It is a detail that it is impossible to speak on the phone with the gym. However, this is a detail that reveals an unfortunate lack of care for customers. This is not the way to treat customers who respected and continue to respect the academy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei preocupada hoje ao retornar com a minha filha. Muita aglomeração de pais em um espaço minimo e a professores com faceshield levantada. Crianças fora da piscina sem mascara aguardando a aula. Sem necessidade de tantos pais aguardando do lado de dentro que é apertado.
I was worried today when I returned with my daughter. Lots of agglomeration of parents in a minimal space and teachers with raised faceshields. Children outside the pool without masks waiting for class. No need for so many parents waiting inside it's cramped.
