Uma pena, pois o trabalho do Ricardo é ótimo, ele é um excelente profissional, é o que salva esse salão que de beaux só tem o nome mesmo... Muito decepcionada com essa experiência
Terrible service, my husband and son had an appointment but were not attended! And no one came to explain to us why! Absurd, and the attendants very arrogant. It's a shame, because Ricardo's work is great, he's an excellent professional, that's what saves this salon that only has a name for beaux... Very disappointed with this experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es previa cita. Yo quería un horario y la señora de atención me dijo que mejor en una hora más tarde. Le dije que era mejor más temprano porque luego tenía clases, ella me dijo que en unos 40 o 50 minutos acababan de hacer todo (corte de cabello). Entonces marqué una fecha y hora. Llegué a la hora indicada y habían bastantes personas esperando y solo una estilista hacia los trabajos. Hablé con la señora de atención y le dije que no disponía de tiempo y que yo se lo comenté previamente al momento de hacer la cita. Ella intentó que yo pasara antes de todas las personas ya estaban esperando. Pero no permití que me hagan cualquier cosa en el cabello en menos de 5 minutos. Tuve que regresar a casa con el cabello mojado.
A pesar de todo volví a marcar otra fecha, esta vez la atención fue rápido y el estilista que realizó el corte fue muy amable y realizó el corte como se lo pedí.
El lugar es bastante agradable y el personal que realiza su trabajo parece bastante capacitado
Attention is by appointment. I wanted a time slot and the receptionist told me that it would be better in an hour later. I told her that it was better earlier because then she had classes, she told me that in about 40 or 50 minutes they would finish everything (haircut). So I marked a date and time. I arrived at the indicated time and there were quite a few people waiting and only one stylist going to work. I spoke with the service lady and told her that I didn't have time and that I told her beforehand when making the appointment. She tried to get me to pass before all the people were already waiting. But I didn't let them do anything to my hair in less than 5 minutes. I had to go home with wet hair.
In spite of everything, I made another date, this time the attention was fast and the stylist who did the cut was very kind and did the cut as I asked.
The place is quite nice and the staff that do their job seem quite trained
