Fiquei um pouco mais de 1 hora aguardando para ser atendida, o serviço que eu aguardada era fazer as unhas dos pés e das mãos.
Enquanto isso, observei pessoas sendo atendidas na minha frente, por duas manicures, por causa da preferência pelo profissional. Um absurdo e totalmente sem fundamento se existem pessoas esperando. Tal fato, prejudicou bastante meu dia, já que era única hora disponível que eu tinha. Que a gestão, possa rever, essa conduta!
Long wait!!
I was a little more than 1 hour waiting to be attended, the service I was waiting for was to do my toenails and fingernails.
Meanwhile, I watched people being attended to in front of me, by two manicurists, because of their preference for the professional. It's absurd and totally unfounded if there are people waiting. This fact greatly affected my day, as it was the only available time I had. May the management review this conduct!
