Péssimo profissionalismo em questão de marcarem com um profissional específico,fazendo assim vc perder seu tempo ,dinheiro enfim né !!!
Odiei chegar no local, e me colocarem pra ser atendida por outra pessoa da qual não foi a que eu marquei!
Tenho espaço tbm ,e jamais faria isso,pois acho que quando se marca com um profissional específico,e pq gostou ou foi por indicação!
Tenham mais respeito .

I am a tourist in the city, and so I looked for the salon for excellence and indications!
Bad professionalism in terms of scheduling with a specific professional, making you waste your time, money anyway, right !!!
I hated arriving at the place, and being asked to be attended by someone other than the one I marked!
I also have space, and I would never do that, because I think that when you mark yourself with a specific professional, and why did you like it or was it for indication!
Have more respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa trata pessoas com indiferenças, lembro que uma cabeleira me tratou com total diferença quando descobriu que eu moro em um bairro mais distante. Sem contar que o atendimento é péssimo, já tentei vários dias marcar manicure e sempre não tem vaga. E a atendente não faz questão nem de falar que poderia me colocar na lista de espera caso tenha alguma desistência. Em fim um descaso!
The company treats people with indifference, I remember that a hairdresser treated me with total difference when she found out that I live in a more distant neighborhood. Not to mention that the service is terrible, I've tried several days to schedule a manicure and there's always no vacancy. And the attendant doesn't even make a point of saying that she could put me on the waiting list in case I drop out. In the end, a neglect!
