★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia! Estou decepcionada com essa loja porque a entrega demorou aproximadamente uns 6 meses, apenas comprei pastilhas para os 2 WC. Não davam satisfação da demora na entrega. Fui negociar a devolução do dinheiro e fui convencida de esperar mais com a condição de que a loja instalaria. Então, tive que dispensar a equipe que já estava trabalhando no WC devido a demora na execução, paguei todo o material para colocar as pastilhas, paguei ainda um valor simbólico para instalar, aguentei abusos por parte dos " profissionais" que vieram instalar como demora, sujeira, falta de planejamento do que precisava para finalizar e, resultado... Ficou uma tragedia ! ? Pastilhas irregulares, rejunte mal feito, péssimo acabamento. Dá uma tristeza, porque demorei tanto apostando que eu teria um conforto visual, mas quando tomamos banho vemos os defeitos gritantes. Entrei em contato com a loja, eles quiseram " resolver", mas não aguentei mais? . Estou me sentindo tão lesada, não sei se mando quebrar tudo e fazer de novo, ou só mando remendar o serviço mal feito. Alguém tem alguma sugestão???

It was a tragedy! ? Irregular inserts, poorly grouted, bad finish. It gives me a sadness, because it took me so long to bet that I would have visual comfort, but when we shower we see glaring defects. I contacted the store, they wanted to "solve it", but I couldn't take it anymore?. I'm feeling so hurt, I don't know if I have to break everything and do it again, or just send me to mend the bad job. Does anyone have any suggestions ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FIzimos várias compras de material de valor elevado, sempre demoravam muito na entrega y a dona sempre tinha una escusa,depois de reclamar por a demora de 4 meses pra entregar o productos descobrimos que o producto era pronta entrega y que ela tinha usado nosso dinero y nao feito a compra, fizo demorar a obra por 4 meses.Tuvimos que entrar con abogado pra recuperar o dinero, um conselho,não pague nunca na conta de ela pois a maioria das empresas que ela infelizmente representa me falaron que e ilegal,ela debe pasar a conta da empresa dos produtos y nao dela. Tem muitos lugares onde comprar y tamben direto de fábrica, evitense problemas!
