★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento do instituto de identificação nesse espaço é altamente eficiente, tirei uma segunda via de RG em menos de 30 minutos e veio com uma letra errada e corrigiram em menos de 15 minutos, e eu já estava com um RG novo, funcionários públicos e eficientes, parabéns!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não daria nen 1 estrela, fui o segundo para atendimento, cheguei no shopping 6:30, o espaço abre 7:00, não abriu esse horário. Cheguei no espaço da cidadania 07:34, só foram chamar 9:00 sendo que falaram que iria funcionar 8:00, isso com 3 atendentes, uma lentidão absurda, enfim o espaço é instituto de identificação. Horrível!
I wouldn't give it 1 star, I was the second for service, I arrived at the mall at 6:30, the space opens at 7:00, it didn't open at that time. I arrived at the citizenship space at 07:34, they only called at 9:00 and they said it would work at 8:00, this with 3 attendants, an absurd slowness, in short, the space is an identification institute. Horrible!
