Experiencia horrível, não recomendo, estou a mais de 60 dias esperando um material chegar para finalizar uma sala pequena. Entendo o prazo longo para entrega devido o contexto atual de pandemia, porem ja ultrapassou os dias acordados na data da compra e não houve nenhuma justificativa, muito descaso.
Poor service and relationship with the customer, does not meet deadlines, does not answer the phone and is not willing to provide any clarification. Horrible experience, I do not recommend it, I have been waiting for more than 60 days for material to finish a small room. I understand the long deadline for delivery due to the current pandemic context, but it has already exceeded the days agreed on the date of purchase and there was no justification, much neglect.
